Still thinking about it Doc.... If I go I would have to run to the parents... jack the car up... switch out to DRs, remove my subbox, remove my passenger seat, and risk breaking something right before the Eureka trip. Then after the drags I would have to come back and replace everything in time to be ready to go to the trip tomorrow morning. I am definitely thinking of going, but I give it till the end of the day to decide. I get out of work at 6pm so it would be at least 7pm till I was able to leave for the Drags...

 

I'm out... too much to do and I waiting until i can do some data logging to see WTF is going on with the top end.

I think Jeff jinxed my car.

Just ordered the UPR Sway Bar delete..should be here next week sometime. Anyone up for a small tech day before the drags next week. sayyyy Wed Thur? No big deal if you cant... Im sure its a pretty easy switch. I am determined to reach the 12s hehe

 

Congrats! You will be amazed at how little you can tell the swaybar is not there.

 

Cheap and easy...its a nobrainer to buy it!

Dont count your chickens too soon David... Since there were about a million poeple at the drags tonight (haveing some big races tomorrow I guess) Doc and I only got 2 runs....1st run those Dumba$$"s sprayed VHT on the start line right before I went which made it slick as hell..and they made us run out of the groove. So my 60ft was horrible...blew the tires loose and spun through 1st. I let off then decided what the hell and floored it ran a 13.3 @ a new best (for that run) 106.1 MPH.

waited in line for another 2 hours and finally got a chance to run again. I didnt want to do anything stupid and spin through first so I sqeezed her off the line and got into the GO pedal quick. Managed a 1.85 60ft AND GUESS WHAT LADIES!!!??? JERBEAR IS IN THE 12SEC CLUB hehe... She had more in her for sure!!! That JLT and the cool air were a great mix... my car runs a lot stronger than before. Heres the timeslip. Well its good to reach my goal of 12s! Next is that UPR Swaybar delete, One piece driveshaft, and longtube headers... I believe a 12.5 is there! DAVID I BELIEVE!! I ran a 12.90 @ 106.89 MPH New best 1/4 and new best MPH... I love JLT and Bamatunes hehe If I could have gotten my 60ft down I think a 12.7X would have been possible.... Man I cant wait till the next Drag outing!!!
