jeff i thnk after your car is done, you will have a comparison to what DonW has on his car. exept i think he has nitrous... but you should check out his list of mods, his and yours are close.

I take some pics when I get home from class. They aren't on the wheels yet and wn't be until the car is closer to being done.

 

Yeah, they are pretty close. He used different pistons than I did. I have no idea if he has nitrous. He also has a Currie 9 inch rearend and a Viper 6 speed tranny. Those are 2 costs I have no intention of incurring any time soon. Too much after building the engine.

 

so what is the fastest mustang time from one of us? i am fixing to set a new one for power adders!

what did greg run the last time we were out there? i thought it was 12.4 or something

 

Actually upon looking closer, mine will have more power due to higher boost. I also have th GT500 dual fuel pumps and 60 pound injectors and he is running the stock setup with 39 injectors and a boost-a-pump. All-in-all its close though...

 

Doc you should be able to run a 12.5 or better with your new goodies.

 

Nitrous always helps with low ETs....do you have a 50, 75, or 100 shot?

 

I believe that I remember hearing all of the above. 100 shot tune if I recall. That should be good for 12.5 with not much effort.

I am hoping for a 12.7 or 12.6 if conditions are optimal.

hey doc, what all did you get for your nitrous? (bottle warmer, purge kit...etc.)

do you know how to purge it right, and temperature stuff? we dont want to see a fire...
