Candy apple red trim color?

Candy apple red trim color?
I have an 08 candy apple red v6 premium. The running boards and mirrors are a charcoal color. Does anyone have any idea what color that is? I want to add mods in that color and can't figure out what to look for. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I think it's plain old black plastic that turns sort of grayish with age and sun exposure; you can make it blacker again with products like "back to black" but it will go gray again after a while

Keep it coated with some liquid ICE WAX or Super 303 Protectant, or just carry a small bottle of Armor All and a clean rag and touch them up. They are just black plastic with a texture.
