Want a KR? DOn't get into accident.

Very interesting thread about a guy who got into a small accident with his KR and it needs repair.

theres a story on autoblog today- the uproar over at teamshelby.com forums got Shelby to revise their pricing...that hood shipped was approaching $24,000.00, they dropped it to $9700.00 - still expensive? yes, but it is a pretty exotic piece, and was crash tested, etc that wound up a lot of money in it... Kudos to SAI for revising the prices from totally insane to 'just crazy', but not totally unexpected for a top shelf limited production type thing...

personally I still think its pricey, but thats why I drive a 23,000.00 mustang GT instead of a 50-60-80K Shelby...heck I thought my Fang shaker hood was expensive at $900

Hmmm well this is better for collectors seeing as how you cant make a KR with REAL parts ever lol

just read the latests..it looks like Ford it trying to do right but SAI is still pointing fingers and playing the blame game.

man I just checked in on the latest shelby crap over at Spokentorque..geeze just when you thought it couldn't get any more stupid. That is a thread for the history books!
