I'll be there!

Same here. I'll show up but I'm not entering. I think I've officially done my last show. There's just no new or interesting mod ideas to be had from looking at the car's there. So the show's become little more than parking next to a bunch of mustangs for a day then waiting to see if you win. Then of course there's the day long worth of detailing required.

Quit your whining Leo, it's only $25 including a free shirt.
The one show I can make and Leo backs down. Afraid of getting 2nd?
j/k man.. lunch logistics at the show will suck. Nothing is within walking distance that's worthwhile. Guess we'll all have to pile in Leo's and Brian's car.

But in all honestly how can a regular person compete, since you've done a few things to your car above and beyond you now qualify to be put next to a SEMA car or a car that was built by a shop or a car that someone was paid to build or sponsored cars?? What's the point in competing against increasingly overwhelming odds ??
Not that your car isn't great, it is. But it pales in comparison to what "shops" can and will do.

Yeah, Bill (Lohr), I also regret being unable to participate in the cruise. Did you see your name being mentioned on the goroush.com website? And thanks for the photos of the kiddies! They're an expensive pit crew and I can't even fire them! But sooner or later, they're gonna run out of things to do as they would have rubbed off the clear coat by then.
And Bill ("Taco Bill"), I hope to meet you soon when I don't have the kids in tow... What ride did you come in? I didn't even have a chance to walk around...
See y'all Sunday...

Dang, you and Bill Lohr have some SERIOUS moolah invested into your rides! And being the old guy that I am, I just realized that on the left column, there's a small number "6" linking you to your gallery... Duh.
See ya there...
