YES YES YES ! ! Rattle FREE

SO I’ve had this harsh rattle / buzz from the center stack area.
Lived with it for the longest time.

Just figured it was part of the bang-for-the buck value deal.

But I scanned the TSB’s – found 06-4-1

http://www.stangnet.com/images/stories/docs/s197_TSBs/06-4-1.pdf

“Rattle/Noise from the center stack…”

Described my “issue’ exactly.

Just picked up my car from the dealer after they applied the solution.

YES
YES
YES

I love my Vert even more (how can that be???)

Now I just need to get rid of that squeaky top…….

Was this noise under acceleration or while cruising? I have a buzz/rattle under the dash while accelerating - wonder if it is the same thing.

Your top squeaks too huh? When it is folded down? That's when mine squeaks.

But I will be taking it in for the top replacement TSB, the one that addresses the little holes wearing in the top. Maybe we can get rid of the top squeak then too!
