Almost 2 months after cleaning the TB and I haven't had any problems since. If (when) this will happen again, I'll know what to do to fix it.

This thread is very good advice everyone, I have been doing this to all my Mustangs with fuel injection since my 86. I usually do it about every other oil change or 2 times a year. Keeping the butterfly section and intake area clean is important but just make sure you Don't use the cheap "carburator cleaner in a can" stuff . Buy the stuff for throttle bodies or Just a clean rag usually gets it off too.
