Saggy Trim on 05-09 Mustang Interior door panels????
Saggy Trim on 05-09 Mustang Interior door panels????
Well, like every other one made, mine are peeling off. I have read several threads and watched several videos, and it doesn't appear that any of them are permanent fixes. So, my question is, who makes a solid panel that won't easily scratch up and will not be something I ever have to "fix" again???? I want to buy them once, install them correctly once and forget about it. I saw the ones on ebay for $315, they are painted ABS plastic. Seems like a lot of money for something that could just get scratched up....don't get me wrong, if they are an absolute fix that is permanent, secure and for good then okay....Thanks in advance for any information, it is greatly appreciated!!!!! M

I put a Ton Of Scrubbing on Mine And Gorilla All Purpose Glue Finally Did the Job For Me. The 3m Spray Stuff Would Not Hold! It Was a Lot of Trial & Error But I Was Determined to Keep My Shelby Original! I Had to Redo Three Times Till I Found A glue Up To The Job! I Posted a Bit More Detail in The Post If Interested!
Anywhoo Here is the Link For The Wanted 33 Post!

If you use the proper cement / adhesive they won't fall again. I ran into this issue. Glued them back after proper prep and they never fell off. But then I swapped my door panels for the 2014s as KC linked to. Haha.
Agree, this is how I fixed mine (using adhesive that is...) about 5 yrs ago and still looking good.
