Hi,

Can a Ford dealer install FRPP parts on a new Mustang GT upon purchase without voiding Ford's factory warranty? A couple salespeople I talked with said a FRPP CAI would void the warranty even if their dealership installed it at time of purchase. Yet I saw on this forum someone had FRPP parts installed with full warranty. Are some Ford dealers qualified to install FRPP parts while others are not? If so, how do I find those qualified dealers in my area?

Yes some dealers are qualified, they are ford racing part dealerships, go to fordracinparts.com and look up where to buy. They will give you a list of local ford dealerships and shops that are qualified. On the warranty issue they have to prove that the cai caused the problem that is under warranty. There are threads on here about warranty stuff.
