Passenger Side Dash Rattle FIX with Pics

All,

Using Dineau vbmenu_register("postmenu_668726", true); write up on fixing the passenger side dash rattle, found here (http://forums.bradbarnett.net/showthread.php?p=668726#post668726) I was able to quit the annoying noise coming from the passenger side in the area of the A-piller. While I was at it, I added padding to a few other places that I had read about in various other threads in this forum. I created a PDF with pics illustrating what I fixed and added commentary to fill in where necessary. If you have questions feel free to ask.

Here is the short list of fixes:
1. Rubber molding between the passenger side dashboard and firewall.
2. Rubber molding between the passenger kick panel thumb that extends upwards towards the dash top and is hidden behind door when closed.
3. Foam weather striping between the passenger side access panel that is just to the right of the glove box.
4. Foam weather strips on the fuse access door on the lower kick panel.
5. Rubber molding added to the back of the lower kick panel to keep it from flopping against the fuse box and wires.
Yes I got a little carried away but the noise is gone. Thanks again for all the great write ups.

Could not upload the PDF file so I have posted it here: http://www.esnips.com/_t_/PassengerSideDashRattle

Thank you! Great photos to illustrate where the issue is. I will be printing this off for my dealership.

Argh!! Stupid work! Blocks the site. I'll have to look at it when I get home. Look forward to it, though!

I decided to fix mine myself the other day..... took about 5 minutes per side. Better than a trip to the dealership for sure.
