New Car problems (PLEASE HELP)

so it all started last tuesday, I noticed a squeak that goes with the tire rotation. I took it to the dealer last wedensday the told me i had a rock stuck between the rotor and the guard. I left and the noise continues, I took it back saturday they replaced the front driver bearing, told me it was fixed and it was not fixed. So I took it back today they replaced the rotor and pads, i go to pick it up and they tell me it still is not fixed and it still squeaks. What in the hell do I do? I bought the car on 3/26/2007, not even a friggin month old yet, they also have replaced the passsenger pillar(had a clip broken) and now the passenger door side material has 2 bubbles in it, obviously not glued down. They want the car tomorrow again for the 4th time total in 1 week span. for the same friggin problem. What the hell do I tell them? lemon law maybe

look up the lemon laws in your state its typically 3 times and they have to replace the car for you for one problem that is consistant like that. especially with your brakes which involves your safety.

A rebuttable presumption that a reasonable number
of attempts have been undertaken to conform a motor vehicle to an
applicable express warranty is established if:
(1) the same nonconformity continues to exist after
being subject to repair four or more times by the manufacturer,
converter, or distributor or an authorized agent or franchised
dealer of a manufacturer, converter, or distributor and:
(A) two of the repair attempts were made in the 12
months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first, following the date
of original delivery to the owner; and
(B) the other two repair attempts were made in
the 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first, immediately
following the date of the second repair attempt;

So if it isn't fixed this time tell the dealer you are claiming lemon law on them and threaten to get a lawyer, if they don't fix it it might because your dealership sucks at providing reliable mechanics. I would demand a new car anyway if the isn't fixed this time.

When I spun out and smacked a curb, mine did the same thing. Turned out to be the wheel bearing and the axle half-shaft (this was on the rear driver's side). If you said they already replaced the bearing, them I'm not really sure.
