Mustang get quality award

I know some may not agree but our Mustang has just received a top quality award in the sport car market. If fact Ford had 5 cars get awards. Read down and you will see that GM got zip!! He He !!

Well, while I can't speak for Fords AWARDS, nor do they really impress me...

What DOES impress me is my Ford REWARDS everyday when people approach me and comment on my pony... I honesly don't remember the last day I drove it ANYWHERE that somebody didn't comment on it...gotta love it...

The only negative that bothers me is on the 23rd of each month (car pmt due )

Heh, mine's on the same day I don't mind it. To me its like electricity, its there, and its something you HAVE to have to live, so no biggie.

I can't imagine what its like to pay on an IS250 for 48, 60, or even 72 months. 70 months left and the honeymoon is over, its a small car with a four banger and navigation that you've already gotten bored playing with listening to it tell you how to get to the grocery store again, and the back seats are too small for you to take people out with to lunch, and everything else is faster. Not to mention 9 of your neighbors in yuppieland bought the same pearl white one.

In an IS, barely. I just mentioned it because a buddy bought a 250($41K!) and he hates it already(not to mention got sold on an 84mo loan by the finance manager-talk about raped). I've driven it and can not believe people get excited about that thing.

As for the Mustang's back seats, in my best salesperson's voice I will tell you 'they are definitely for the non-paying customers'.

I have been very fortunate with my car, actually I have never had any major or minor problems with my vehicles, that I think of right at the moment and I think the build quality has improved greatly...

Other than a rear defroster glitch and a slight exhaust drone/vibration (both fixed under warranty of course), no problems in my 05 GT.
It's been wonderful!!!

I was very impressed with what I got in the Mustang GT for what I paid. Sure it's got a few minor shortcomings ALL of which have been addressed by the aftermarket for reasonable money. I was impressed enough to buy another Ford as my daily driver a year later and it too is a very good vehicle. This coming from someone who was a die hard GM fan for many years.
