Anyone had this problem? Vents blow hot and cold when appropriate, but no matter what I set the **** to, it blows the same amount of air. Seems like it's stuck on 1 or 2.

I'm under warranty but wondering if I could just swap in a new HVAC panel. Help!

 

Wonder if you pulled the fuse for the motor and then reconnected ???
