Fuel Treatments?

Do any of you recommend a fuel addtive at certain intervals to help keep the injectors clean? I have 40K on my baby, I am nervous to add a cleaner as I am running a CAI w/93 octane tune and do not want to cause an engine code....also, when do you recommend to change the fuel filter?

Lucas injector cleaner and upper cylinder lubricant is good stuff (I like to add this 2-3k), then every 15 or 20k I like to run a can of BG44k through the system.

When I had a premium fuel tune on my 02, I didn't notice any problems. the Lucas fuel treatment even mentions an increase in knock resistance.

Tecron concentrate is good stuff too. Ford even recommends it for many people that have sulphur buildup on the fuel gauge sensors. Stay away from the STP stuff, I have had several bad experiences with that stuff in previous cars. Spark plugs no likey STP.

BG44K is pure awesome sauce, its one of the best cleaning additives on the market and a bit pricey too, you find in mainly at dealerships for about 20 bucks a can.

I've heard Sea Foam is good stuff as well, alot of people swear by it.

Chevron Techron is the stuff recommended by Ford. I use it a few time a year.
