Times two on the lifetime from firestone. Just make sure they have the tools that do NOT mar your wheels. I know some have those pins that hold the eeals to your wheels. NTB does not mar your wheels but they are a bit more expensive.
I'll keep you guys updated on what I find out tomorrow afternoon.

The shop took a look at the problems. Turns out it is indeed an alignment issue. Bad pothole, something like that. He noticed the steering wheel was off center, too. They can't get me in until Tuesday.

A really close local shop here in Colorado called 5th Gear Automotive. I have had two repairs done here previously with good results and my parents' have had several, too.

While we're on this alignment thread. . .

I'm getting ready for front end work on the our '06 GT vert. Still running stock Pirelli's, no modifications. She is a daily driver, not a track car. But I like curves and heel-toe driving fun.

I am considering this a possible major maintenance. I am even considering going with better-than-stock parts. I know Ford Racing has a front end kit, but it is about $1500. I'd like to keep the work to $1500, including labor.

With that thought, what front suspension pieces would you prioritize to upgrade, and for what reasons?

Good questions. I'm not knowledgeable enough on that. Hopefully someone here knows.

I'm glad I found a shop to align my car tomorrow rather than having to wait til Tuesday.

If your going to upgrade your front struts You should do the rear shocks at the same time. If I wasn't going to change ride height I would do S&S and sway bars. Sways to run flatter in the turns and S&S because for less dive / better control

I did not know NTB did that! Thanks Tim!

Thank you! Yeah, I'm not sure if the suspension is messed up. The muffler got pushed straight in to the rear anti-rollbar. From what I can see, the trunk, the rear bumper, the passenger side rear taillight, and passenger side rear quarter panel also need to be replaced. It is unclear if there is more structural damage. The passenger side rear marker light and wiring harness were ripped apart.

You going to have a problem with the bumper replacements since they aren't stock?

Well, got 'em from somewhere, probably can again.

Worst case, if they're not available anymore, he can have them replace both sides with another brand so that they'll match. They'll have to do that if they can't make them match up.

Good question. That had crossed my mind. The way I got the GT rear bumper was from my last rearending in 2010. The body shop said the price for the GT bumper was less than ordering the V6 bumper. I am going to hear from the guy who hit me in a day or so after he talks with his insurance company and get the adjuster to see my car. Honestly, I am ok if they only will do a V6 bumper and go back to single exhaust. But, we shall see.
