E3 Spark plugs - anyone try them yet?

Found these at Summit - http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ETP-E3-70/Application/?query=Make|FORD|Model|MUSTANG|Submodel|GT

From the picture the electrode end looks the same as the stock 2-piece motorcraft. Don't know if they're one or two piece design though.

I'm coming up on 52K on my '07, figured I'd start planning for replacing them now instead of waiting for the 100K mark. It's already out of warrantee, so I can do what I want, right? Not that I haven't already.

I plan on getting the extractor tool just in case, and following the TSB when I do the switch, just haven't decided on the plugs yet.

I haven't used them but Horse Power TV did a review on them and supposedly they added performance. They had a before n after dyno test that showed like a 2-3hp gain which I found interesting. Could be a fluke though..

so you replaced worn used plugs with brand new ones and gloat more HP than stock.. lol far from scientific HP Tv. Those plugs do get good reviews from what i seen, i just wouldnt judge them as far as power gains.

It wasn't used plugs, it was a test motor, not even in a car. Come on, I'm not that gullable...

I had an E3 plug on my weed whacker...yeah, I know.

In any case, I used it twice, and the terminal feels off. It falls off. It falls the **** off! After that, I went back to Champions.

I'm about to replace the plugs in my 06' GT with Brisk Racing Silver plugs. I know they're only good for like 20k miles, but they're one-piece, and I only put like 5k miles on my car/year.
