Door Panel issues
Is anyone having issues with the vinyl coming loose on your door panels? I've met quite a few ppl that have this issue. Say that ford wont even address the issue.

The fix is to take the door panel off. Peel back the vinyl. Remove *all* foam from the backside of the upper vinyl and door. It is a mess, and is the reason the vinyl falls off the door... the foam is separating
Lay door panel flat, facing up.
Acquire contact cement. Get the bigger can of it. not the little bottle. Get a foam roller, about a 1/2 to 1" size, and some sort of scoop.
Scoop some cement on the door panel. Roll cement on the panel. Also, roll onto the vinyl. Wait the minutes it says to wait for it to become tacky.
Now, very carefully, as you only get ONE SHOT at this...
I repeat: Now, very carefully, as you only get ONE SHOT at this...
ONE. CAREFULLY.
Very carefully, roll the vinyl back onto the door panel. It's already formed, and hopefully it will 'plonk' itself right back where it should be.
The ends are going to drive you a little nuts. Just tuck them in, and if you used a little contact cement on a toothpick to put some on the inner groove, and on the vinyl, it'll stick.
I myself taped off the outer part of the groove to disallow the cement from hitting it. Turns out the cement on the pebble texture is really REALLY bad, it eats it a little. So don't put it on anything you want to say pretty, it won't stay pretty if there's cement on it.
---
If you take it to a shop, and they don't do this? It will fall in a month. I got mine done for free (helps when you have a dealership) and they used that spray general adhesive glue. Good enough to sell it, not good enough for the long haul, it separates, and they DON'T TAKE OFF THE FOAM. Grr.
Oh, and the panel area on the door itself? It will *soak up the cement*. You will need a lot to get decent coverage. Hence, bigger can of it.

Mine had already been "reglued" and was coming off again on the edge and in the middle of both doors. . I hope yours stays stuck because $10 is an awesome fix.

I used spray upholstery glue on the driver's door a couple of years ago (still looks good). Now I noticed that the passenger door vinyl is starting to come loose so I will have to fix that soon.
