clutch pedal stuck??

What's up TMS! I have been having a bit of trouble with my clutch pedal. After some shifts the pedal stays in. I have to put my foot under it and pull it out. I bought it a an infinity dealer bought the extended warranty but both ford/infinity said they can't do anything since its a "ware and tear problem". Anyone know what it might be?

Thanks

Doesn't sound like a wear and tear item to me. But anyways, have you climbed under there to have a look at the assembly?

Sounds to me like the Clutch Slave Cylinder has gone out. A PITA to change but very doable. Gotta bleed tha brake system after replacement tho.

If I were to guess I would say the clutch petal was never properly bled. I say bleed the petal and see what happenes.
