Clogged cats?

I think My stock cats may be clogging or clogged. I noticed yesterday that when driving in any gear anything over 2,500 rpm is like I have lost all power the RPM's still rise but slowly and it sounds like the engine is under load and much quieter than it used to be.

I got on it in first gear shifted hard and chirped the tires into second (usually it rips loose pretty good) and it just bogged after the tires chirped but didnt die. I have no check engine lights and have no codes. I returned it to stock and it is still having the same issue.

The reason I think it may be clogged or messed up cats is because with the slp's and the tune on cold starts if I go over 2,500 rpm and start to coast I get a extremely loud popping/cackling noise I mean shotgun going off loud and I am concerned that this has over time damaged the cats and or o/2 sensors.

At the same time this issue started my reverse lights are now on when I am driving. I dont know if this is related or not but figured I would add it.

I am pretty much at a loss on where to look next I have done a few searches but all the clogged cat issues seem to be aftermarket cats.

Mods on the car are jlt intake, bama 93 tune, 3.73's, and slp loudmouth axle backs. I just hit 20,000 miles.

try to get it off the ground and tap on the cats lightly to see if you can hear any lose chunks in there. Either that or take it in. I think cats may have a 100k warranty on them.
