a/c drain plugged? smell/fog from vents!

I wasn't sure if it was normal or not, but for a while, expecially when I shut the AC off and then back on (as in shut off the car with the a/c going and then started it again a few minutes later), I'd get a smell from the vents, and dampness seemed to come out of them. Today I had the heat and the a/c going to evaluate the issue, turned the fan up to 4 and enough moisture came out of the vents to fog my glasses.

Probably not normal huh? I really didn't want to have to take this car in for anything.

Yeah it does go away. I never did check to see if the drain was functioning back when it was more humid out.
