Brake noise in rain

On my 2007 GT I always get squeaks from the rear brakes in the rain. This never happens when its dry, and it goes away after i brake a few times. Does anyone know what causes this, or have the same problem? I figure its from rust, but I want to know if I should take it to the dealer.

Im having the oposite, it only hapens when its dry, Its been to ford and they said they couldnt recreate, but of course it was wet out, but they did say they inspected all parts and there was no damage, i took it back today to have my horn button replaced, and the serv. manager and i took it for a spin the car is now in there hands to figure out what is wrong, I will post as soon as i hear something new on monday. He did say it did not sound like the normal metalic pad squeal.

well to my surprise they claim to have only changed the pads, and that was enough to stop the noise, Lets see how long it lasts. I f i was you I would take it to the dealer and let them check it out.

Now I've got it where its squeaking even when there is no rain. Hopefully its just the pads and not the rotors.
Also, I hate to have to deal with the dealer if they're just going to change the pads.

Fortunately, Ford water tests the cars before they leave the plant!
