Auto Trans Grinding/Vibration & TSB 18454

Does anyone know how I can see the details of TSB # 18454?

I have a 2006 GT with an automatic.
The issues I have are as follows:
1. In forward or reverse, as I begin rolling there is a grinding feeling and
a slight grinding noise in the drive train (almost sounds like there is
course sand between the brake discs and the pads; although I know that's not
the problem).
2. Then still in first gear around 1,000 rpm there is a vibration in the
drive train. I can only guess that it is a problem with the torque converter.

I am thinking that it may be worthwhile to power flush and fill the auto
transmission. Can't see any harm to that. Anybody else have any ideas?

It was a 2005 Mustang TSB, but the title referred to low rpm vibration in auto trans cars.
