Anyone have an issue with key out and door chimes on?

I have come across an issue today. When I take my key out and the door is open the chimes go off like the key is still in it. They only go off when the door is closed.

I have tried to flash my ECU back to stock
and I have disconnected the positive side on the battery for several minutes.

Also, in a parking lot today I parked next to another stang and when she went to open her door with her fob my lights turned on. It may be in some type of programming mode.

Help me out guys!

I've not had that problem, instead, my alarm goes off when I take the key out and open the door with me still in the drivers seat.

I had that problem about 6 months after picking the car up, turned out it was some sort of switch in the ignition lock cylinder itself was stuck, replaced by the dealer in under an hour FOC.
