I was wiring a relay kit for my new fuel pump and when I turn the car on it shut down and that alert came to the dash, all the fuses are good.

So I don't know why you'd be wiring a relay kit for a new fuel pump when the car already has all that in it... So there's that. Maybe don't have that relay kit in the car, put it back to stock, and see if that doesn't fix it.

However, I'm going to then assume you're putting in some non-stock fuel pump for Reasons(tm), and so not putting it in is an issue. It therefore seems to me that you should recheck all the wiring and ensure you have done it correctly, as well as not damaging any stock wiring during the process.

Without knowing more, there's literally nowhere else to go. It's your wiring, and you need to check it/fix it, and since it's not going to be stock (unless you put it back), none of the diagnostics in the shop manual are going to be of much help, I fear. Still, the manual's here:

And you can go root around in there and see where wires go, what to test and how, that sort of thing.

Finally, perhaps where you're locating the power to run the new pump is in a bad place and the pump's power draw is too much, and that's triggering the issue. Maybe source the power elsewhere, like at the battery directly. And/or check where the signal to flip the relay on is coming from, perhaps that's the issue.
