2005 GT engine knocking/DEATH rattle
Yesterday on the way to work I heard a slight vibration coming from the engine compartment, I wasn't to worried but I knew a servicing was in the near future. On the way home everything went to hell, the vibration became a rattle and worse. Luckily I was able to get to the dealership where she stalled while parking. Still waiting to hear from the dealership what the hell went wrong.
Here's a video I took while driving.

Any guesses?

A block away from dealership to the time she stalls.

Makes me want a real oil pressure guage. And an oil pump upgrade.

just saying, if mine ever starts knocking, its getting shutdown immediately, and towed home. every second its knocking its taking more stuff beyond repair.
i had a 81 dodge pickup with a '69 396 chevy in it, heard a little rattle one day, noticed pressure was down about 10 psi... shut down/towed it home, spun a rod bearing- but disassembly showed almost no damage except the rod which was resizeable. had I drove it home the crank likely woulda been toast or worse.
My ex sister in law drove her moms car home with the oil light on, well, partway home. had she shut it off woulda cost a oil plug that fell out (changed at a quick lube joint a week before) and some oil, instead they scrapped the car
