Question 05 Mustang 4.0 P1744???

I had just purchased my 05 Mustang a few weeks back. Love it!! However, going down the interstate, the OD light flashes, and sets the dtc P1744. I have cleared this, and it continues to reset. Thing is, there are no driveability complaints or at least none that I can detect. The transmission seems to be shifting fine, and the OD selector enguages and dis-enguages the torque convertor on command. Hmmmm...... I was told that the probability of it being a bad valve body was very high.

Just looking for some more comprehensive information or for someone to confirm the "valve body" diagnosis.

Please help
Chris

Did you ever figure out what it was? Because my OD light goes off every time I go over 55 but my car shifts roughly
