Yellow early model spotted at Costco

I was asked last night if I knew anyone with a bright yellow 65/66 with a Mustang decal in the back window. It was spotted at the gas pumps at Costco. Anyone here? Lets see some pics. kennyg

Probably one of those garage queens that only come out on Holidays and every other 4th Sat of the month. :-}

That reminds me, I have to go say goodnight to Ole Yeller.

Wonder if this is the one you saw. Based on the photo, it looks like a newly restored, fresh, 6c.

One of yours KennyG?

That's not one of my kids! Looks like the pic was taken at Cafe' 302. The Stang in question, I actually have not seen, but was asked about and was described as a bright yellow Mustang, not a pale yellow (Springtime Yellow) Mustang. kennyg

Right, the photo came off of Custom Cars and Trucks website, Cafe 302's latest cruise-in.

That must be a garage queen. I haven't seen another I6 mustang around here and that is the first time I have seen that car also.

Must be some new phrase, I hadn't ever heard it and it's been used twice in this post alone.

They are everywhere! Of the first million Stangs, I bet half were the basic sixes. Just had a '65 dropped off at the shop for some minor details, and another will be here next week for brakes, adding a/c to another, converted another to electronic ignition recently. kennyg

HOSS, That fits the description of bright yellow a whole lot better than the pic of the Springtime yellow one. kennyg
