ya know when you sign up for a website you agree to an agreement that personal info WILL be kept private? Ya know like full names, email adress ( if you choose not to show it) phone numbers ect.. Well someones posting my info on a site and so far the mods are doing nothing. Who can I contact to stop this BS? Already tried moderators.. nothing so who else? Is there someone i send a complaint to on the web about this site? (wont mention site so i cant be accused of bashing them or anything) I'm getting pretty darn ****ed off about this..... there are wayyyyy too many IDIOTS on the web and i swear I run in to 99% of em!!!

 

maybe find out who owns the site? Sounds like total bs to me. can you change your personal info to some bs?

 

just change it if possible.... just contact admin about it and if they don't remove it, I don't know....there is a web crime division, but there is only so much they call a priority.

 

so few sites have honorable intentions .. they know they can " sell " your personal info to spammers .. only a supermod or a site owner can usually change information .. sounds like you should have lurked a bit before you leaped .... you can change anything in your users c p any time you wish but i dont know about sign up info

Well to be honest, I dont want our site involved, please dont post the name of it at all or anymore details regarding. I dont know anything more about whatever this situation is, more than what I have read in this thread. Frankly, thats between SVTCobraGirl and the site in question.

My best suggestion is contact the administration directly.
