i go fairly often, i might make it out that way tomorrow...but anything i do will go to them .

 

I went by and spoke to them months back about fabricating an intercooler for my V6. I got the feeling that they were unsure if they could handle it since they would have to custom fab the tubing.

Left all my info for them since they said that they were busy at the time and NEVER heard back from them again.

On the other hand the shop on Putnam that we had our last dyno day was VERY good about returning calls and such.

 

I don't think rebel will be on over the weekend. He is either on his way or in IN.

Hey, I saw that car out around the Jeff Road/Douglass Road intersection. I've got a 04 black vert cobra and I like seeing the terminators out and about.

 

Yeah he is home from Auburn this summer. I helped him put a new ported blower on that thing 2 weeks ago. It dyno'd at 473 HP and 435 TQ at the rear wheels after that.

I think so. I will ask him. We compared it to his original when we pulled it off and the difference was substantial. The intake side was ported and polished nicely. But the big differance was on the exit side. It had about a 35% larger opening.

 

I've heard they are pretty strong, with his TQ numbers dipping so low he could benefit from a lower pulley swap.

 

a 4 lb pulley would help A LOT!

but even if you got all the power and torque and don't know how to drive it...it's pointless

 

I was wrong on the TQ numbers. It is 473 HP and 460 TQ.

He's been driving V8 mustangs since he was 15. He gets around in it pretty good.
