Welcome to the RCMC forum. You might want to introduce yourself. Do you have another Mustang you are driving/building?

Sorry guys for no intro. My name is Chad and I was introduced to car building / restoration by my dad who owns Lucky Dog Hot Rod Shop in Harvest. I have been a mustang fan for a while but have never been able to get my hands on one. Recently we came across a wrecked cobra that we plan on transplanting the drive-train into a '67 F-100 (hence the part out). I actually showed up at the annual Rocket City show last weekend and was very impressed at the turnout and the craftsmanship of the cars. That being said i am on the hunt for a fox body for a street/strip project for myself. I graduate from Alabama in august and hopefully have a job lined up. With no girlfriend and no bills (living in an attached mother in law suite at my rents house) i plan on having a little money to make this dream come true. I was thinking of going with a stroked 351 in the fox body but not sure yet. So if anyone has any suggestions i would appreciate it greatly.

thanks, chad

Good project, love the bumps, 67-72 F100's. Are you going to install a Crown Vic front end?

yeah we have the CV front end from a police interceptor. Between that and the little lowering we did in the back it should have a pretty nasty coming at you stance. Hopefully it will be done and we will have it at the show next year. I love your tide ride too. I think i want a coupe instead of a 'vert and spray some hot rod black on the top half and a dark grey on the bottom. Kind of like they did on PowerBlockTV with project dark horse. That series really got me hooked on fox bodies.
