New meeting place?

Okay, it appears that the place that we used to meet at - West End grill - has migrated to a smoking establishment. I called and they allow smoking out on the patio. To do that, they cannot cater to anyone under 19. As a smoke-free person (and still the president), I do not feel that a smoking atmosphere is good for our club. Plus, we always have an instance when members below the age of 19 are present.
With that said, our next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 20th. I am open to all suggestions regardless if it is for something temporary or permanent. I am even open to having it in my backyard and rent some tables/chairs and we grill out.
I would like to know some good ideas. I also would like it if these ideas were solid. In other words, you have already checked on it and it is something that is good with the establishment's managers. We do not have much time before securing a place for our next meeting.
I already know that we can have it at the Harley Davidson store off of I565. I also know that we can have it at Woody Anderson Ford. Both of these places would be without food and drink (BYOB).
Once there is a place that is decided upon, I will post here and send out an email hoping that folks will get the word out.
What ideas do you have?

The Beauregards near Providence has been used by the local s2000 group as well as the Vets with Vettes today. As long as they have enough heads-up, they're pretty good at accommodating a large group. Also, what ever happened to O'Brian's in Madison? I liked that venue too.

O'Bryan's would put another group with us in the meeting room. There were two very different club meetings trying to happen at the same time. Very distracting for both. When it was brought up to the group that shows up for meetings about another place, there was a vote to find a place where one could have a beer with their meal. That is when I was turned onto West End Grill.
Honestly, I have had terrible service at Beauregard's both times I have been there and vowed not to go back. The reason I went twice is that I did give them the benefit of the doubt for the first bad experience.

I'm late getting out to an event today, but I did think of this--check the Huntsville Car Scene calendar and look at where other organizations are meeting on other days. I'm sure one of them would be happy to accommodate you since they do accommodate other organizations.
