Need HVAC control panel for 87-93

Does anyone know where I can find the whole HVAC control panel unit for my 93? I've searched throughout all my parts catalogs and all I can find are ones for 96+ cars. Any of you guys out there, that have removed the A/C parts still have a good working one, that you'd be willing to part with? Reason I ask is, my temperature **** just spins around and around and around, etc. And, no, the ****'s not broken. It's the metal shaft that actually goes into the control panel that's screwed up....

I would contact 50resto and see if they have one.....If they don't i'm sure they can point you in a direction.

Control panel

Call Ken at Gullatts Mustangs after 9 am 828-6848. I think there is a good AC control panel in a red '91 out back.

If the Gullatt's do not have one, I got my control panel (84) from Tim the Musttanguy. You would email him with your needs, tell him your zip, and he will let you know what he has, the condition, and total cost.

I just got off the phone with Bama Parts in Hazel Green and they have a ton of them for $20 bucks. Just a little curious, how can you tell if they're in good condition or not? And how much of a pain is it to replace it?

Please note that the 87-89 and 90-93 units are different. The 90-93 has much smaller *****, and the fonts on the face are different. Its very easy to replace though.
