A group of us are going to Jack Daniels Distillery Saturday, October 9, if anyone wants to join. We will meet at Shoney's in Huntsville at 8 am for breakfast. If you do not eat, be there at 9 am. We will cruise to Lynchburg, take the tour, and eat somewhere afterwards. I have had people to tell me they wanted to eat at different places, such as Village Pizza, Mama Bobo's.....If anyone has any other suggestions, speak up.

 

The BBQ place on the square in lynchburg was good last time we went, I've been wanting to go to Village pizza for some time now though.

 

It is a no to Miss Mary Bobo's. We had to book weeks ago to get reservations on a Saturday.

 

BBQ place is really good. If I remember correctly, it is small. Village pizza is also very good. I got a calzone last time. It was awesome!

 

as long as nothing come up paul and i will definately be joining you guys! We're looking for any exscuse to get out and enjoy the nice weather with the car! Is there a cost to get into the distillery??

 

Last time I went, it was free.

 

Mary Bobo's is tough. If you've never been though it's one of those "must do" things if you live in the South.
