Yeah, I'm going to probably get a 99-04 GT. However I went and looked at the 2010 VW Golfs and they are pretty nice. Also looking for a Trailblazer SS if I could get one at the right price.

 

how much are you asking for your mustang?

did you get the paint fixed by the top of the windshield?

 

I want $10,000 which doesn't seem too bad I don't think. I'm going to fix those spots. Should be getting the exhaust ran Wednesday. Also going to get the other areas that need painting painted. I plan on taking it the Athens Square show(June 5th) and see if I can't get some interest there.

 

If I sell it in time I would like to get one of these 2 cobras. I prefer the gray one.

Find out what the original color on the Gray one was, Ford never offered that color.

 

Might be getting a 07 Scion TC. Dealership will probably see my car sometime next week to see what trade in value will be. If enough I will probably trade, if not I will keep it and sell.

 

A dealership won't give you squat for your car. The value to you is more than it is to them. If you're serious about wanting a newer car than I suggest you try to sell yours first.

 

I'll probably will end up selling it first. Just need to get it all fixed before I do. I already have my for sale sign made, and even had it in the car window at work.

I agree with Skip. Don't even take your Mustang to the dealer. He will hurt your feelings with the trade in offer.

I'm just curious to see what they would give me. Then I would have an idea of what all the other dealers would be around.

Mustang wasn't my first choice for a car. I wanted a civic or 240sx.

Ok so I am already thinking of mods to do to my next car.

So far I'm thinking Saleen rear spoiler, 99 cobra front bumper, and 18" Saleen wheels. I thought about the CDC Shaker setup, but it just doesn't look right and I think it only would with a Mach hood.

Just buy one of my 6 cyl cars and convert it to a V8. KennyG has a GT parts car where you can get the harness. You could have my silver car converted in about a weeks time.

If you are going to do a bunch of body mods buy my white one since it needs the front sheet metal anyway. There is no structural damage on the front just the skins. I have a set of Summit rear control arms and torque box kit for the rear.

Better yet if you are headed off to school just buy my silver one and drive. It looks good and you won't have time to think about cars once you get in your classes.
