Looking for a top boot for my '88 and am coming up with several different listings:
83-89
90-93
83-93
Which is correct? What is the difference in the early and late top boot?

 

Define boot. Is that the lower well, or the "parade cover"? I know that the 83-89 and 90-93 use a different frame and a different top. Not interchangeable.

I am speaking of the one you call 'parade cover'. Figured you would know the answer having owned several. Thanks

Thanks Ralph, I'm coming up with the same info elsewhere too. Just proves you(me) are never too old to learn something new. I'm thinking of going with a white one, same as the top, the dark red would clash with the bright red paint even though the interior is the dark red and white.

 

Yeah, I really cannot see that car with anyone thing else but white. It just sets it off!

 

90-93 HAS 4 SHAPS PER SIDE (SAME)
89 BACK HAS 3 SNAPS PER SIDE (SAME)
THEY WILL NOT INTERCHANGE
