Where was August's meeting?

 

One of the last things I did as Prez was setup the meetings at the Lone Star Steakhouse at the Madison Square Mall. Of course, that is up to the president's discretion. :-)

 

So is this the current official meeting location? I know it was up in the air there for a bit. And I'm sorry I missed the meeting at your place. It definitely would've brought back some memories of the day we first met.

Darn shame. I remember us meeting, but that was not my place. Just a friend's that I went over and did a lot of work at. I remember your curiosity about carburetors. :-)

 

lets not forget to mention Ralph, he after all is our 2011 Show Chariman.

And you're right, it wasn't your place. I'm getting old. but it was a good time for sure. I remember you guys were putting together an engine or something like that.

There is no word old in my vocabulary.

Yep! We were building the engine that was going into my convertible that we were putting together. That engine and transmission is now in a very cool 67 that sees track duty.

 

Woo hoo! Part of my memory still works.
