Hey Guys,

I am new here. I ordered an 08' DHG Bullitt with ambient lighting and wheel locks on October 26th; suppose to arrive January 20th. I can't wait!

Does anyone know if the FRPP Super Pack (400 hp version) will fit under the numbered strut tower? Also, does the warrarnty apply to the Bullitt. FRPP website states warranty is available for GT if installed by ford service center. Thanks for the help.

 

Congratulations on your Bullitt! It is a very special car. I also asked the same question about the strut tower brace a while back, so I'm not too sure. But the folks at Ford should be able to verify that for you. Afterall, it's their stuff. The warranty still applies to the Bullitt if installed when new. Let us know how you make out.

 

Yeah, go to www.fordracingparts.com and find a way to ask them. They sell both the super chargers and that exact same strut tower brace, so I'm sure they know.

Since Ford would be supplying both the tune for the CAI in both the Bullitt and the s/c, I couldn't see them not applying the warranty. Just keep in mind the warranty on the s/c is only valid if installed by a Ford dealer (I believe).

You orderd after I did. You'll be getting your car before I get mine, but we both should have had our cars produced with the build that started on 03 Dec if Ford had followed through with retail orders having priority. Oh well at least we will get cars.
