I am just agreeing with you the BULLITT would be a bore.
Cruising during bumper to bumper rush hour traffic is a lot fun, isn't it?
And what car do you drive George??? Don't you have an 07 GT500?
As for bumper to bumper traffic- I live in a city that doesn't really have those conditions- so I get a good cruise almost all the time.
You 2 guys crack me up- I don't think anything can please you. George has a 500hp car that is highly sought after- and still he's not happy.
Hollywood GT gets a 300hp GT and complains that there is not 400hp available- well who twisted your arm to buy it???
Nothing, absolutely NOTHING is going to please you 2.
I am done with replying to your posts- you contribute nothing but senseless negativism.
It really doesn't take much to boost HP via the aftermarket. I'm getting x pipes and CAI installed that should give me 20+hp at the rear. I'm happy with that increase.

eh..
Up the handling and braking, throw in the 6spd, add intake/unique exhaust and call it a day for perf. upgrades to a Bullitt, and I'd be happy, without having a major HP increase.
Of course, there is that price/ADM question that looms...

Are we certain the new 5.8L, 6.2L, etc. are going to completely eliminate both the 4.6L & 5.4L from the Mustang?
I am thinking at least one of these engines is going to be sticking around for a while.

yes! the reason being is the impending epa restrictions that come into effect in all 09 vehicles. some engines may be grandfathered in for a year or two but soon all engines will have to conform. the current 4.6 and blown 5.4 do not!
currently the plan is the boss engines in the f150 for model year 2009 and the mustangs for 2010.

Really?
I deal with the benefits of reality rather than the illusion of finding utopia.
The Shelby GT guys are a prime example. If it wasn't for the senseless "negativism" they would either be paying a lot more or not have the car at all. Anyone whose prime trait is being naive will lack the ability to understand praise and respect are earned not given away, for any reason.
I call them as they are and that's a constant. There are no rebuttals to facts or reality no matter how it's sliced. If that affects your sleep, then get a prescription.

Don't make me bring up join dates.... although this time around I dropped from member 9 to member 20, I must be getting slow...
If you get curious about what day TMS started though, its easy to find my avitar in a thread.....
I see a WHOLE lot of lack of knowledge about how our cars and other manufacturers cars are built bolt-for-bolt in the past few pages here.
