Came out of the mall and this brand new Corvette Stingray was parked next to me. Nice looking car for the most part, but some of the styling cues still look really odd to me on the new Vette's. The rear taillights make it look like a praying mantis from behind.

 

Not crazy about the Stingray, but I do like that color blue.

 

I'm actually not liking that color very much. I saw a white one the other day that I absolutely loved. And a dark green one too, it was alright.

The worst thing I dislike about the new stingrays are the reflective strips on the sides of the wheel wells.

 

More like preying than "praying".

 

The been vette is reallygrowing on me. At first I couldn't stand the rear end but now I can deal with it. Your mustang looks like a monster truck next to that itty bitty stingray.

 

The reflective strips do look pretty awful. I took a glance through the drivers side window and the interior seemed to look nicer than I remember in previous models at least. For 65K I would never think about buying one of those though. I'll take a used Ferrari or Aston instead.

 

yeah, I hate the strips. And I would also take an Aston, GTR, 911, F430.

You have to admit though, a real head turner (and mostly in a good way)!

Your Bullit does look good though! Simple lines, clean look, classic design.
