Buy '09 Bullitt or '10 GT?
Do what makes you the happiest but I would go with the Bullitt or an '09 GT and mod the hell out of it. The 2010 is too "girly metro-retro" for me. Newer is not always better.

Local for place been sitting on 3 green bullits since the beginning of summer, maybe earlier. the deals are out there.
Get what you want, but the Bullitt is a very fun car to drive that is modded quite nicely right from the factory. Plus, pricing on Bullitts is very attractive and will allow you to mod further with the saved cash! Good luck! (you won't regret buying the Bullitt!).
I think the Bullitt now qualifies for teh employee pricing and rebate deal. How could you lose?
All those dealers who sat on their Bullitts wanting ADM are stuck with them. You should ahve no problem finding one.
(Ironically it seems a few are still wanting a premium)
If I had the extra cash I'd buy another

Is that true?
I just bought an 08 GT/CS a few weeks ago, and there was a Bullitt sitting next to it, they offered it to me for 25K. Seeing as how the Bullitt has basically the same engine tweaks as the 2010, already has the 3.73's and a tweaked suspension it's hard to turn it down, definitely getting the most bang for the buck.
This is probably the wrong forum section to ask such a question. Most here will tell you to go with the Bullitt, which, if money is the primary concern, WOULD be the best choice overall.
In reality, however, the 2010 GT is superior in every way. Not only does it have all the performance stuff of the Bullitt available, but it also adds a couple that the Bullitt did not. Moreover, the interior, technology packages and amenities are light years ahead of the current car, and one of the best reasons to wait for the 2010.
As to pricing, expect discounts and bargains in year one, IMO. This refresh is not the same as the introduction of the '05 and offers no significant HP increase, so there's no chance its "freshness" will precipitate ADMs in a deepening recession. Ford dealers will be desperate to move product in '09, even refreshed Mustangs - count on it.
Of course, if you have the patience - and the funds - your absolute best option is to wait for the 2011 and the 400HP 5.0L engine.
