Bullitt Color?
I think any Bullitt offering should be strictly DHG. In fact, if Ford can get away with making well over 100k S197 Mustang's a year for 2005 and 2006, with the only truly dark color offering being black, then I think they can swing building a few thousand Bullitt's in DHG without risking market backlash. In fact, I have to wonder how many people will be attracted to the Bullitt simply because it will wear the only other truly 'dark' paint color the current Mustang has ever been produced in?
Frankly, the absence of a dark blue, dark green, or dark grey (something likw Porsche's Atlas grey would be wonderful) has been a sore point for me since these three colors represent my top three picks black excluded! Ford did a great job on the new pony, but the near total absence of dark colors seems odd to me. Maybe Ford could have advertised the Mustang with a bend on a now old tag...'Any dark color you want, so long as it's black'.

Actually Aspen green looks much better then DHG. I saw an 05-07 painted in a dark green(richer in color then DHG) running around and it looked great. And Ford needs to avoid 'whoring' parts around from SE like they did with the original Bullitt. Veritcal pleat seats, a blanked out GT-fit grille, whatever wheels and what-not needs to be a one-time deal.

2008 Color and Upholstery Album
Speaking of Bullitt color...
In the new 2008 Color and Upholstery Album there is a huge Dark Highland Green color Chip in the paint section. Paint code PX. Also, on the smaller chip card it has DHG listed as a Mustang only color with "late availability" in the notes. Go to your local Ford dealer and check it out.
