Bullitt Color?
Yes, otherwise it would be too easy to "clone" it using a stock GT.
The movie car was green, and so should the new Bullitt be. Otherwise, they could call it "GT390" and sell it in all available colors.

as the owner of a beautiful Black Bullitt, i have to vote for no. although i like the GT390 idea...

If it wears a BULLITT badge, it should be green, but I do think customers should be able to order some of the components (seats, grille, FRPP packs, but not BULLITT sill plates or badges) at the dealership.

It makes no difference to me as long as mine is green but, if it is restricted to one color then there will be less interest.
So, yes, it should only be available in DHG, HG, or whatever it gets called.

id say green or black, not sure which one id like but the DHG sure looks good http://images.motortrend.com/feature...ng_profile.jpg
I don't think Ford will do it, but other than DHG it's not a "Bullitt" movie car.
However, Black and DHG would be a good compromise.
I think it WILL only come in DHG, won't it? Thought I read that someplace?
That said, a couple of other colors does make the edition more marketable, as there may be some who like the car, its style and features, but don't care about the "Bullitt" history and/or don't like green.

The 2008 Bullit will Be available only In Silver. Due to Fords Financial Problems Ford Accepted an offer from Coors and Coors will be Paying Ford $1000.00 per Car for Advertising on the Just Renamed 2008 Mustang Silver Bullitt. Just Like a King Ranch Pick up, Eddie Bauer Edition Explorer or Harley Davidson F50. Whats Next a Night Train Navigator! Man Ford is Getting Goofy! I should Get one to Go with MY Harley F150 Now Thats a rowdy Party!

Let's See Ford Thinks Get Paid From Coors or Pay Steve Mcqueens Estate for the use of his Name. I wonder if they Held the Meeting at Coors over adult beverages!
