@ J0eyabs - What sort of driving are you going to be doing with your 'stang?

My current plan is to go with either EBC Redstuff or Yellowstuff, or Hawk HP Plus, as well as a switch to Stainless steel lines and quality brake fluid (I always end-up using ATE Blue). I've had good experience with Redstuffs. Low dust, no noise, little fade and great initial bite. Slotted or crossdrilled are a waste of money (though they look cool, so I always end up getting them.)

If this isn't enough, try stepping up to some Carbotech Panthers, or some other race oriented brake compound. I've run Panthers on my E30 M3 for years and they work great on and off the track, though they squeal like a frieght train when cold and dust worst than a coal-mine! Still, they will go all day at the track with zero fade, and that's on stock size calipers and rotors.

And don't forget tires! The stickier the tire, the more brake force can be applied to slowing down the car before the fronts start to lock up! Even the bone stock brakes on a Mustang V6 have enough grunt to lock up the fronts. Invest in the best tires you can find (I'm a big fan of Kumho Ecstas).
