Buillitt shifter
Buillitt shifter
I don't know if this has been posted yet, but the Bullitt shifter features a more rigid assembly and improved bushings which delivers a much improved shift feel over the shifter that debuted on the 05 mustangs.
Good to know! It's been discussed by those lucky few who've driven one how much better it feels than the stock GT, but nobody knew exactly what was changed. Wonder if that would be a worthwhile retrofit to an '08 GT?

yup I can attest to that...I keep a towel in the car to toss over the shifter when I'm not driving.

Personally I don't like the white shift ball inside the Mustang, it's incongruous as all get out - there's no white anywhere else. The steel looks great. But I'm sure the white ball feels a lot better - I've got the steel shifter from the Interior Upgrade Pack (IUP) and that thing is like grabbing ice in the winter.
