?Pinstriping...yes! That adds $99 to the sticker price. I couldn't believe it either.

 

I saw that too.....If it is a person doing it to their own car, then fine...but if the dealer did it, you can guarentee that it was over a $100 pin stripe job....

A few dealers in the KC area put their own accesories on the car and WAY over charge for them....like $2250.00 for a shaker and hurst shifter installed. Nice huh?

 

Pinstripping

That is the most disguisting thing I have seen in while. I can't believe this site doesn't have a filter to limit pictures of SE's with dealer installed pinstripes. This dealer should be reported.

It's beyond me why a dealer would do this to an SE car, unless there was a buyer who specifically asked for it. Talk about killing the sale....

Come to think of it, that is not an impossibility.

 

We used to have a guy in the recon. dept.(car cleaning) who would stripe anything he had time for.
It could be the managers don't even know about it being striped yet.

Oh man it hurts me to see this. People wonder why everybody hates car dealers. I know there are some good ones but they are hard to find. If not impossible. THis is sad as it can be. IDIOTS!!!!!!!!
