Shelby signature on dashboard?

Shelby signature on dashboard?
I'll start this off by saying I'm a big fan of Shelby. However, is it a must to have the signed emblem on the dashboard? I suppose if this was a collectors car, that would be cool. But I just can't seeing this as a collectors car. Maybe I'm wrong.

It would look better if it were an emblem rather than a plate. Ford's Centennial emblem on the Mustangs' interior was less obvious and done in good taste. Not to be negative but the Shelby GT plate looks like it came from Kinko's weekly special.
