Shelby GT for 42-43K...

I was getting an oil change at Board Ford in Whittier, California (where I bought my Mustang) and on the showroom floor I saw a black Shelby GT (automatic transmission) with black rims, interior upgrade package (satin), and seat-side airbags. I talked to Jesus (salesperson I knew from purchasing my car) and he said although the sticker reads $50,000 after a $20,000 dollar markup, he would probably let it go for between 42-43K to whomever wants it first because they'll be getting three more soon.

The only thing that surprised me is that it's an automatic transmission. I thought the Shelby GT only came in manual transmission.

I guess no hurst short-throw shifter...

Nope it comes in auto and manual. If a dealer orders one with a manual his or her other has to be an auto. And also vice versa on the whole 2 color choices. Maybe Henry Ford is in on the color chioces..."you can have any color as long as it is black" or white in this case.
