2&2, the stripes are actually vinyl. i have no issues with them at all. i don't think i'd ever paint them on, as i like to change things up too often to do anything that permanent.

Where did you get the vinyl stripes. I have a 70 mach 1 that I will be painting soon, and am wondering about painting the flat/matte black hood stripes over the clear coat, or some way under the clear coat. Maybe vinyl would work. Any ideas about flat/matte black hood stripes.

i got them from baltimore street mods. i'm pretty sure they can make any type of stripe that you want.
