Dealer Help?
Are there any dealers that belong to this forum that are willing to work with those of us who are interested in purchasing a 2007 Shelby GT350 hassle free.? Quite honestly, I've been to 2 dealers, (Long Island) and they are clueless. One dealer was only interested in selling me the GT500 that was sitting there for $75K. Thanks.

Hassle free? There is no such thing. There is also no 2007 Shelby GT350. It is simply the 2007 Shelby GT. The Option guide has not been released yet which has the codes the dealers use to enter the car into the order system. This is one of the reasons why dealers may be confused. It is however possible to place an order using the codes Amy Boylan President of Shelby Automobiles provided. Here is a link to the info you will need to bring with you to the dealership.

Once the updated Order Guide is released the dealers will know what to do. Order Guides should be updated soon.

2007 Shelby GT
Sorry about the incorrecet nomenclature, but you get the point. A dealer who is willing to give us a hassle free, fair price for the Shelby GT can put all the other BOZO dealers to shame. It's a win-win situation for all.

Not to be to critical but you call a dealer clueless at the same time you yourself misidentify the car. I realize you corrected yourself but realize that the average car salesman is not a Mustang enthusiast and really won't know that much about the car until it is closer to being available on the lot. Just something to keep in mind.
