The grill features: 1/8" aluminum flat bars that have a brushed surface and welded together with a 3/8" space between each bar. A retro running horse is mounted to the grill. This grill will also fit a stock Mustang bumper.

 

I believe its an overlay. You can probally get a look-a-like from whoever. Not sure if the actual GT-H one is available.

 

It's not the Cervini. Cervini has 15 horizontal bars and I believe it's not an overlay.

GT-H has 13 horizontal bars and is an overlay. I have not seen any sources that offer the GT-H version.
